Welcome to Jungle Lore Earth School. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our services, programs, and experiential learning trips for children and young learners. By booking or participating in any program, workshop, camp, or activity through Jungle Lore Earth School, you agree to these Terms.
1. Booking and Confirmation
- To confirm your child's place in a program, camp, or workshop, a booking request must be submitted with full details.
- A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking based on availability and suitability.
2. Participation and Eligibility
- Programs are designed for specific age groups as listed (e.g., Earth Sprouts 5-8 yrs).
- Parents or legal guardians must provide accurate information about the child's age, health, and special needs.
- Children must be fit and able to take part in chosen activities. If we are not informed of medical conditions in advance, we may cancel the booking.
3. Safety and Supervision
- The safety, health, and well-being of participants are our priority.
- All activities are planned with trained staff and age-appropriate supervision.
- Parents and schools must ensure that children follow instructions during all activities.
4. Code of Conduct
- All participants must behave respectfully toward staff, peers, and the environment.
- Inappropriate behavior, bullying, or actions that endanger others may result in dismissal from activities without refund.
5. Payments and Fees
- Fees must be paid as per the payment schedule provided at booking.
- Programs will not be confirmed until required payments are complete.
- Prices may change if additional services are requested.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be informed in writing.
- Refunds, if any, depend on how far in advance you cancel before the program start date.
- Some charges may be non-refundable based on suppliers or services already booked.
7. Changes to Itineraries and Programs
- We may need to change parts of a program due to weather, safety concerns, or unexpected events.
- Every effort will be made to offer a similar experience if changes occur.
8. Travel and Accommodation
- If a program includes travel, transport, or accommodation, we ensure it meets appropriate safety standards.
- We are not responsible for personal belongings lost during travel or activities unless due to our direct negligence.
9. Liability and Waiver
- Jungle Lore Earth School, its staff, and partners are not liable for indirect losses, injuries, or damages that happen outside of our control.
- Parents agree that their child participates at their own risk while we maintain reasonable care and supervision.
10. Insurance
- Parents are encouraged to arrange personal accident or travel insurance for participants.
- We may recommend specific coverage, but it is the guardian's responsibility to secure it.
11. Privacy and Personal Data
- Personal information collected at registration will be used only for program delivery and communication.
- We follow a separate Privacy Policy that explains how we protect your data.
12. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time.
- The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept any updates.
